Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase but we do understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Do not fret! Returns and exchanges can be made in most cases. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased, we will gladly accept returns for merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We will process your return to your original form of payment.

Credit will be issued on charge sales. However please note that all items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents as well as the original proof of purchase. Final Sale merchandise is not returnable. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund, although a store credit will be issued. We do not offer price adjustments.

 

Returning Defective/Wrong Merchandise

If you request a replacement item for a damaged/wrong merchandise shipment, the original shipment must first be returned. Please send the damaged/wrong merchandise back to us, using the return merchandise label included in your package or you may email us at sales@lilyblossom.net for information on how to return or exchange your purchase.

 

Return Policy For U.S. Orders

To return an item by mail, please repackage it with original packaging, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order # and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

We will process your return within 7 business days of receipt, though it may take longer for the credit to appear on your statement. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed. We will refund or credit the value of the item, including taxes. However, shipping charges are not refundable.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR CANADIAN ORDERS

If you have received an order that was shipped to a Canadian address and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in returning your order for a refund.
