Now that you have made your selections, it is time to decide on a shipping option. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your merchandise in as perfect and timely a manner as possible because we understand how important it is that your order arrives promptly.
What Does My Shipping Charge Cover?
Our shipping policy and processing rates cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead. If you choose to ship to multiple addresses, there will be additional charges. Please email us at sales@lilyblossom.net for further enquiries.
Which Carriers Do You Use?
Lily Blossom uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make sure your items arrive to you on time.
What are my delivery options?
Your orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after they are received, not including custom or express orders. We will use the most appropriate delivery method detailed below, depending on the weight, shipping destination of your package and your shipping preference.

Anticipated Arrival Times
Delivery times are for in-stock merchandise only.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect the following transit times for delivery within the continental US (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 9am and 7pm to residences and by the close of business to commercial addresses.Packages do not ship on weekends or holidays. We are sorry but we are unable to provide delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Custom Orders
All custom orders may be made by contacting us at sales@lilyblossom.net. Please note that custom orders require additional processing time.
Our Scope of Operation
Lily Blossom does not currently ship to any addresses outside of the USA and Canada. Please check back from time to time as this may change.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email when your order is shipped which will include tracking information. Please note that signature may be required for delivery of orders and plan for this when selecting a ship-to address for your package. For residential deliveries that do require signature, you may leave instructions (on your door if safe to do so, for example) for the driver if no one will be home. You may also ask that it be delivered to a neighbor who will be home. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver’s discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.
What if my shipping address is in Canada?
Orders shipped to Canada are subject to customs, duties and brokerage fees. You, our customer, will be responsible for paying these fees. Lily Blossom is not responsible for estimating country specific customs fees but we will provide specific fees if requested. What if there is a problem with my Shipment?
