Return Policy

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase but we do understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Do not fret! Returns and exchanges can be made in most cases. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased, we will gladly accept returns for merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We will process your return to your original form of payment.

Credit will be issued on charge sales. However please note that all items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents as well as the original proof of purchase. Final Sale merchandise is not returnable. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund, although a store credit will be issued. We do not offer price adjustments.

 

Returning Defective/Wrong Merchandise

If you request a replacement item for a damaged/wrong merchandise shipment, the original shipment must first be returned. Please send the damaged/wrong merchandise back to us, using the return merchandise label included in your package or you may email us at sales@lilyblossom.net for information on how to return or exchange your purchase.

 

Return Policy For U.S. Orders

To return an item by mail, please repackage it with original packaging, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order # and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

We will process your return within 7 business days of receipt, though it may take longer for the credit to appear on your statement. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed. We will refund or credit the value of the item, including taxes. However, shipping charges are not refundable.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR CANADIAN ORDERS

If you have received an order that was shipped to a Canadian address and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in returning your order for a refund. Please contact us at sales@lilyblossom.net and we will provide you with instructions on the return process.

Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a Lily Blossom product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lily Blossom shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lily Blossom shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lily Blossom shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

At www.Lilyblossom.net we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which the Lily Blossom brand is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, their stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the Web site again. When an item featured on Lilyblossom.net is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the Web site in a timely manner.

We accept credit card and PayPal payments only for orders placed through our website.

We currently do not furnish W-9 forms to any customer purchasing through our website. Please contact customer service if you have any further questions.
